The basics
Privacy overview
Trejji is a platform where people can build and explore organized Spaces containing Topics, Posts, resources, outside links, and Conversations.
We collect information needed to operate Trejji, maintain accounts, display content, protect the platform, communicate with users, and improve the experience.
An important note about public content
Information you publish in a public Space may be viewed, copied, shared, indexed, or discussed by other people. Do not publish personal or confidential information that you do not want others to see.
Information you choose to share
Information you provide to Trejji
The information we receive depends on how you use Trejji. It may include:
- Account information, such as your name, username, email address, password, profile image, biography, and account preferences.
- Space information, including Space names, descriptions, banners, profile images, Topics, accent settings, and organizational choices.
- Content you create, including Posts, text, images, links, attachments, descriptions, replies, and Conversations.
- Outside content information, such as links to videos, articles, websites, social posts, classes, products, or other resources you choose to attach.
- Communications, including messages, support requests, reports, feedback, and other information you send to us.
- Transaction information, if Trejji offers paid plans or services, such as the plan selected, payment status, billing contact information, and transaction records.
Payment card information may be collected and processed directly by a payment provider. Trejji may receive limited transaction details without receiving or storing your complete payment card number.

What other people can see
Public Spaces, Posts, and Conversations
A Space owner may choose whether a Space is offline, private where supported, or available to the public.
When a Space is public, information associated with that Space may also be public. This may include:
- Your display name, username, profile image, and biography;
- Space names, descriptions, banners, and Topics;
- Posts, images, videos, links, and attached resources;
- Conversation replies and other contributions;
- The date or approximate time content was published;
- Activity and engagement information shown by the platform.
Public content may appear in search engines or be shared outside Trejji. Removing content from Trejji may not remove copies that were previously saved, indexed, quoted, or shared by other people or outside services.
Content kept offline or otherwise unavailable to the public may still be accessible to the account owner, authorized Trejji personnel, and service providers when necessary to operate, secure, or support the platform.

Outside services, embedded content, and links
Trejji allows users to attach or link to content hosted by other websites and services. This may include videos, articles, classes, social posts, products, images, and other resources.
Outside services may receive information when you open a link, load embedded content, interact with a preview, or use an integration. Information received by those services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Trejji, maintain accounts, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the reason it was collected, account status, technical requirements, and legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it. Some information may remain temporarily in backups, security records, transaction records, or legal archives.
Public content that was copied, shared, quoted, or indexed by others may continue to exist outside Trejji after the original content or account is removed.

These protections may include access controls, password hashing, secure connections, system monitoring, software updates, backups, and restrictions on access to personal information.
No website, application, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your sign-in information, and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
