The basics
Overview
Trejji is a platform that helps people organize content into Spaces. A Space may include Topics, Posts, links, images, videos, resources, outside content, and Conversations.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Trejji, including any features, pages, tools, content, accounts, subscriptions, and services offered through the platform.
Plain-language summary
Use Trejji honestly, respect other people’s rights, do not post harmful or illegal content, do not misuse the platform, and only publish content you have the right to share.
Your agreement
Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, accessing Trejji, creating a Space, publishing a Post, joining a Conversation, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Trejji.
You must also follow any additional rules, policies, guidelines, or instructions that are posted in Trejji or provided with specific features.
If you use Trejji on behalf of a business, organization, school, community, or other entity, you represent that you have permission to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf.
Using your account
Accounts
Some parts of Trejji may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your sign-in information secure;
- Using a strong password;
- Maintaining the accuracy of your account information;
- All activity that occurs through your account;
- Notifying Trejji if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may not sell, transfer, share, or give away your account without Trejji’s permission.
Trejji may refuse, reclaim, or remove usernames, Space names, profile information, or other identifiers that are misleading, offensive, infringing, impersonating someone else, or otherwise violate these Terms.
Building on Trejji
Spaces, Topics, Posts, and visibility
Trejji lets users create organized Spaces. A Space may contain Topics, Posts, attachments, outside links, images, videos, resources, Conversations, and connections to related Spaces.
Space owners are responsible for the Spaces they create and the content they publish or allow others to contribute.
Public Spaces
If you make a Space public, people may be able to view the Space, its Topics, Posts, links, images, resources, and Conversations. Public content may be shared, indexed by search engines, quoted, copied, or discussed outside Trejji.
Offline Spaces
Trejji may allow Space owners to keep a Space offline while it is being built or updated. Offline Spaces are not intended for public viewing, but they may still be accessible to the Space owner, authorized users, Trejji administrators, and service providers when needed to operate, secure, or support the platform.
Space management
You are responsible for organizing your Space, reviewing what you publish, managing Conversations where tools are available, and making sure your content follows these Terms.
What you publish
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create and publish on Trejji, subject to the rights you grant in these Terms.
Your content may include:
- Space names, descriptions, banners, and profile images;
- Topic names and descriptions;
- Posts, comments, replies, and Conversation entries;
- Images, videos, files, links, and attached resources;
- Text, formatting, metadata, and other material you submit.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights needed to publish, upload, link, display, or otherwise use your content on Trejji.
Do not upload, publish, or attach content that you do not have the right to use.
Permission to operate the platform
License you give Trejji
To operate Trejji, you grant Trejji a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, publish, distribute, transmit, modify for technical purposes, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, promote, and improve the platform.
This license allows Trejji to do things such as:
- Display your public Spaces, Topics, Posts, and Conversations;
- Resize or optimize images for performance;
- Create previews or snippets of content;
- Show your content across Trejji where appropriate;
- Backup, secure, and restore platform data;
- Share public content with visitors and search engines;
- Use public examples to explain or promote Trejji, unless you request otherwise where available.
This license continues for as long as your content remains on Trejji. If you remove content, Trejji will stop displaying it where removal is technically and reasonably possible. However, copies may remain in backups, logs, cached pages, legal records, or places where others previously shared or saved it.
Platform rules
Content and conduct rules
You may not use Trejji to create, upload, publish, link to, promote, organize, or distribute content or activity that:
- Violates any law, regulation, court order, or legal obligation;
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
- Impersonates another person, business, organization, or public figure;
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or manipulative;

Links beyond Trejji
Outside links, embeds, and services
Trejji may allow users to attach, preview, embed, or link to content hosted by other websites and services. This may include videos, articles, websites, social posts, classes, products, images, and other resources.
You are responsible for making sure outside content you attach or link to is lawful, appropriate, and something you have the right to share.
Trejji does not control outside websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, security, policies, or transactions.
Opening or interacting with outside content may take you to another website or cause another service to receive information about your visit. Use outside websites and services at your own risk.
Plans and payments
Paid services and subscriptions
Trejji may offer free and paid plans, subscriptions, upgrades, or other paid services.
If you purchase a paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with that service.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your use of payment services may be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Billing
Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Trejji may change prices or plan features with notice where required.
Cancellations
You may cancel a paid plan through available account settings or by contacting Trejji. Canceling a paid plan may limit access to paid features after the current billing period ends.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Plan limits
Trejji may set limits on storage, number of Spaces, number of Posts, visibility options, features, traffic, support, or other plan benefits. Exceeding plan limits may require an upgrade or removal of content.
Keeping Trejji usable
Moderation and enforcement
Trejji may review, remove, restrict, hide, disable, or refuse content or accounts when we believe it is necessary to operate the platform, enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or prevent harm.
Trejji may take actions including:
- Removing or limiting content;
- Restricting public visibility;
- Disabling links, previews, embeds, or attachments;
- Limiting, suspending, or terminating accounts;
- Taking a Space offline;
- Restricting access to features;
- Preserving information related to suspected violations;
- Reporting serious violations to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
Trejji is not required to monitor all content before it appears on the platform, and failure to remove content immediately does not mean Trejji approves it.
Trejji ownership
Trejji’s rights and platform content
Trejji owns or licenses the platform, design, software, code, branding, features, layout, graphics, logos, systems, documentation, and other materials that make up Trejji.
These Terms do not give you ownership of Trejji’s software, brand, design, or platform technology.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, exploit, or create derivative works from Trejji’s software, branding, or platform materials unless permitted in writing or allowed by law.
You may use Trejji only as permitted by these Terms and the features made available through the platform.

Keeping these Terms current
Changes to these Terms
Trejji may update these Terms from time to time as the platform, features, business model, or legal requirements change.
When these Terms are updated, the effective date at the top of this page will be changed. If an update is material, Trejji may provide additional notice through the platform, by email, or by another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Trejji after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Trejji.
